Sheridan Development Management was founded by Danny Kaye in 2015.  His practice provides development, regeneration, property and affordable housing advice to local authorities, housing associations, landowners and developers.

Specialist services include financial viability assessments, development appraisals, development and regeneration strategies, project management and programme management.

Danny is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ of experience in housing development, urban regeneration, asset management, property and land.  He was Development & Special Projects Director at The Guinness Partnership where he was responsible for delivering a mixed tenure housing development and regeneration progamme of over 2500 homes in London, the South-East and South Midlands.  Prior to Guinness he held senior development, regeneration and property roles at Peabody Trust, English Partnerships and the Commission for the New Towns and started his career in Investment and Valuation at property consultants, Healey & Baker.

Danny is a member of the Policy Council of the Town & Country Planning Association (TCPA) and of the Residential Committee of the British Property Federation (BPF). He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, an academician of the Academy of Urbanism and board member of Enfield Council’s Strategic Housing Board.
